To replace a combi boiler

We are fully qualified Gas central heating installers & work in accordance with Gas Safety (Installation & se) regulations 1998. We are registered with the (Gas safe Register) No. 641976. & Carryout work to the current British standards BS 6891, 6798, 5449, 5546, & 5440; 1/2

Labour & Materials are covered by the manufactures 10 year warranty

The new boiler will be additionally covered by the Manufactures 10 Year warranty providing it is serviced annually

Protection of our client’s property is paramount and part of our quality standard.

Replacement boiler upgrade

1. Prepared area with protective covering dust sheets / Corex
2. Isolated electricity, gas & water services leaving temporary connections as necessary
3. Drained down the existing boiler, radiators & pipework
4. Chemical flush heating system using flushing chemicals & adding inhibitor to protect the system afterwards
5. Making good area disturbed by the work
6. Cleared away all rubbish from site & left clean & tidy
7. Redundant pipe-work and fixtures was disconnected & removed from site
8. Demonstrate to customer all heating controls, complete quality checks & label

Pipework

1. Pressure tested all pipework on  completion

Supply new Worcester Bosch system fitter protection

 

Supply  new condensing pipework

Supply associated pipes, clips and fittings

 

 

New boiler to be sited in the exact position as existing one

As a member of the Worcester team we will have to install some additional parts to gain the 10-year parts and Labour warranty

Supply new horizonal flue terminal
